60-Day Loose-Lead Guarantee
Walk your dog in the harness for up to 60 days from delivery. Take it to the beach. Take it up the fire trail. If it hasn't changed your walks, email wagverapro@gmail.com with your order number.
- We send a prepaid Australia Post return label.
- Drop the harness at any post office.
- Once it's scanned in, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
The guarantee covers the harness. If you added the Matching Classic Lead to the same order, it can be returned with the harness for a full refund too, as long as it's clean and intact.
Wrong size?
We swap sizes free within 60 days, one swap per order, prepaid both ways.
Not covered
Chew damage, cut straps, or a harness returned without its buckles. We'll tell you plainly if that's the case.
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, not instead of them. If the harness is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of the 60 days.
