Will it stop my dog pulling on the first walk?
Most dogs pull noticeably less on the first walk because pulling stops getting them anywhere. Some determined dogs take a few walks. That's why you get 60 days, not 60 minutes.
Is this a replacement for training?
No. It's a control tool that removes the leverage while you teach loose-lead walking. We send you The First 10 Walks so the two work together.
Can the straps loosen while walking?
Sliders on any harness can settle on the first few walks. Do the five-minute re-check in the fitting guide. If a strap keeps slipping after that, email wagverapro@gmail.com; that's a fault, and we'll replace it.
Does it twist to the side?
Twisting almost always means a size too big or two sides tightened unevenly. Fit by chest, adjust both sides, two fingers under each strap. Deep-chested dogs: see the body-type notes in the size guide.
My dog chews everything. Will it survive?
It's tough walking gear, not a chew toy. Take it off at home. Chew damage isn't covered, but we'll tell you honestly what is.
My staffy is all chest. Will it fit?
Yes. Pick by chest measurement and tighten the belly strap fully. If it doesn't sit right, swap sizes for free.
Which lead should I use?
A fixed-length lead on the front clip, so the redirect is immediate. Retractable and stretchy leads don't work on the front clip. The Matching Classic Lead (1.2 m, padded handle, swivel clip) is sold separately and can be added from the cart in the same colour as your harness.
Is the lead included with the harness?
No. The harness is sold on its own so you only pay for what you need. Add the Matching Classic Lead from the cart if you want a coordinated setup.
Can I put my dog's name on it?
Yes. Add the Custom Name Patch on the harness page and type the name you want printed. It attaches to the side panel of the harness.
Is it OK in the heat?
The webbing is lightweight and breathable. Still, walk early or late in summer and do the ten-second hand test on the footpath.
Beach and mud?
Rinse under the tap, hang in the shade. Machine wash cold when it needs it.
How do returns work?
