How do I choose the right harness size?

Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of your dog's ribcage, just behind the front legs, and match that chest measurement to the size chart. Between sizes, or a thick double coat? Go up a size.

How can I track my order?

Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email. Tracked delivery takes approximately 5–9 business days.

Can I exchange the harness if the size is wrong?

Yes. We swap sizes free within 60 days of delivery, one swap per order, with postage prepaid both ways. Send us your order number and your dog's chest measurement and we'll confirm the right size before you post it back.

What should I include in my message?

Your order number if you have one, the email address used at checkout, and a clear description of the question or problem. For a sizing or product issue, a photo of your dog wearing the harness from the side helps us answer in one reply.
