Orders

An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred; we'll tell you straight away.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars, GST included where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers.

Shipping

We ship within Australia only. Shipping is free and tracked; tracked delivery takes approximately 5–9 business days. Delivery times are estimates. Details on Shipping & Returns.

Personalised items

A Custom Name Patch is printed with the text you supply, so please check the spelling before you order. Personalised items can still be returned under our guarantee and under the Australian Consumer Law if they are faulty or not as described.

Returns and guarantee

You may return the harness within 60 days of delivery for a full refund under our 60-Day Loose-Lead Guarantee, with a prepaid return label. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Use of the product

The harness is a control tool for walking on a lead. It is not a restraint for vehicles, tethering or unsupervised use, and it is not a chew toy. Check the fit before every walk and follow the Fitting Guide.
